We tried to make some offers while we were physically in Phoenix, but it wasn't until after our visit that we found our current place (which we love!). They provided facetime walkthroughs for us, even including driving around the neighborhood to show us what was available which helped immensely. This is our second home purchase and comparatively, this was extremely smooth to the last. They were always very communicative through the entire process and willing to answer any questions even beyond the buying process.
